“School Outreach Program” Mary Kaye – Solo or Duo w/ Emelia Kaye
This program involves teaching school children of all ages about traditional cowboy culture and music as well as writing a cowboy song with them. The format includes performing original and traditional western songs as well as sing-a-longs with the children as actors which is a lot of fun. Mary's signature song, "Lucy LaRue" is one that she performs in skit form with volunteer participants. The presentation includes encouraging the students to pursue their goals, interests, and talents. It is a fun, engaging, and educational presentation.
